Industrial interchange steel quick-connect air coupling bodies are the female end of coupling sets. Also called sockets, they accept coupling plugs (nipple or male ends) to connect tools to air lines. High-flow couplings increase flow for greater tool efficiency, reduce pressure drop, and decrease air costs. Steel couplings are hard and resilient with more damage resistance than softer metals and a wide working temperature range.

For ease of mounting and inspection, the casing can be separated at a right angle to the shaft. The mating part to the hub is finished precisely to hold the hub firmly with no eccentricity. Furthermore, the other hole has a trapezoidal groove into which an oil seal is inserted for the prevention of oil leakage while holding the sprocket boss flexibly so that the flexibility of the coupling will not be lost. The coupling life is notably extended due to the prevention of both lubricant spatter and the infiltration of dust particles when installing the casing, which ensures effective lubrication. The casing protects the unit from corrosion and ensures safe operation

Type DD aluminum cam and groove fittings connect two male nipples (adapters). Also known as a cam and groove coupler x coupler, these fittings have a female camlock adapter on both ends. Type DD aluminum camlock fittings are used with hydraulic oil, coolants, and gasoline and petroleum products.

Type AA stainless steel camlock spool adapters connect two female couplers. Also known as cam and groove spool adapters, these one-piece adapters have two male ends. Type AA stainless steel cam and groove fittings are used in water treatment, chemical storage, and petroleum applications.

Type A zinc/aluminum cam and groove fittings include a male nipple (adapter) x female NPT. Type A camlock fittings are most often used with Type D adapters of the same size, and can also be used with Type B, C, and D adapters, and Type D dust caps. Type A zinc/aluminum camlock couplings are used with fluids in water treatment, hydraulic oil production, and food and beverage processing.

Type D cam and groove fittings include a female cam x female NPT connection. Type D camlock fittings are most often used with Type A adapters of the same size, and can also be used with Type E and F adapters, and Type DP dust plugs. Type D forged brass camlock couplings connect hoses to pumps, tanks, and equipment.
