Beli iko bearing di monotaro.id

This is a small-volume, economical bearing that combines a needle bearing with a cage in the radial bearing section and a thrust ball bearing in the thrust bearing section. This bearing can support radial and axial loads simultaneously. For the dust cover type, the dust cover made of thin steel plate is attached to the groove on the outer diameter of the outer ring flange of the thrust bearing section, forming a labyrinth between the thrust raceway and the dust cover, which is effective in preventing grease leakage and the intrusion of dust and dirt.

Inner Rings for Shell Type Needle Roller Bearings Inch Series.IKO Inner Rings are heat-treated and finished by grinding to a high degree of accuracy. In the case of needle roller bearings, normally, the shafts are heattreated and finished by grinding, and used as the raceway surfaces. However, when it is impossible to make shaft surfaces according to the specified surface hardness or surface roughness, inner rings are used.

The motor and pump are coaxial, but they have separate structures. There is no suction pipe in the pump part, and it is used by submerging it directly under the liquid level. Unlike the NPJ type, it does not have a mechanical seal, so it is suitable for all machine tools, including grinding machines in which abrasive particles are mixed in the liquid. An oil drain fringer is installed at the bottom of the motor to protect it. All machine tools including grinding machines * As the viscosity of the oil used increases, the motor load increases and the amount of discharge decreases. Especially in the case of high viscosity, the motor load may increase too much and the motor may burn out.* For mounting, use either "LE" or "LA" holes.

Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearings. This bearing type is composed of an outer ring drawn from a thin steel plate by precision drawing, needle rollers and a cage assembled in the outer ring after the raceway surface thereof was hardened (A bearing marked with a suffix including M is subjected to heat-treatment after assembly). Of the bearings with outer ring, this bearing type is a bearing with the smallest section height which enables space-saving and cost-saving. Usually design is so made as to use a shaft as the direct raceway surface without using inner ring. The outer ring of this bearing type is of such a construction that the needle rollers and the cage are not separated from one another, so that the bearing is only press-fitted in a rigid housing with proper fit torque. Thus, this bearing type needs no snap ring, etc. to fix itself in axial direction and, in addition, is easy to handle.
