XPA metric V-belts are cogged and have a nominal top width of 13mm and a nominal thickness of 10mm (actual dimensions may vary slightly). Cogged metric V-belts have grooves that run across the width of the belt. They run cooler than standard V-belts because the cogs allow the belt to bend and flex against the pulley, dissipating heat.
