Description
XPA metric V-belts are cogged and have a nominal top width of 13mm and a nominal thickness of 10mm (actual dimensions may vary slightly). Cogged metric V-belts have grooves that run across the width of the belt. They run cooler than standard V-belts because the cogs allow the belt to bend and flex against the pulley, dissipating heat. Cogged belts are useful for small-diameter pulleys and drives with twists and turns. Single V-belts can be used alone or together in wide metric belt drives that hold multiple V-belts.
