Series 40 cylinders have been designed in compliance with ISO 15552 standards and with the previous DIN/ISO 6431 - VDMA 24562 standards.A permanent magnet on the piston of these cylinders is able to send, through proximity switches mounted on the cylinder sliding axis, electrical signals to indicate its position.This series is normally equipped with end-stroke cushioning which can be adjusted through a screw on the end block. In order to quieten the impact of the piston on the end block, these cylinders are also equipped with mechanical cushioning.

The new Series 63 pneumatic cylinders, which comply with the ISO 15552 standard, have been developed to guarantee high performance whilst also offering significant reductions in weight. The new adjustable pneumatic and mechanical cushioning system ensures Series 63 also reduces the noise caused by the impact of the piston on the end block.On one side of the profile, there are grooves for the positioning of proximity switches (Series CSH) for the detection of the piston's position. These grooves can be covered with the slot cover profile Mod. S-CST-500. A wide range of versions are available which makes these new cylinders suitable for use in many sectors and applications.

TBC/XBC series pneumatic cylinder, bore size ranges from 32mm to 60mm. Moulds of cyliner front and rear cover are newly designed with better performance, and the anti-dust seal change from ORA structure(NBR material) to EU structure(TPU material), more abrasive, better dust protection, longer life. The standard pneumatic cylinder takes stronger self-lubricated bronze bearing, with much better lateral loading performance, and the special air cushion design makes the standard pneumatic cylinder more stable, long life. Available with different kinds of cylinder mountings, and optional with TBC type tie-rod pneumatic cylinder and XBC type mickey mouse pneumatic cylinder.

Series 42 cylinders have been designed without tie rods to assure an extremely clean design. Stainless steel has been used for the tube and the rod, while the end cover is made in anodized Aluminium. These cylinders are normally equipped with adjustable end-stroke cushioning and with a mechanical cushioning in order to make the impact of the piston less noisy as it reaches the end of the stroke.
