Vitrified bonded Diamond/ CBN wheels are the medium between metal bonded and resin bonded products. They give excellent performance in the processing of hard materials with high stock removal rate and good wear resistance.Sintered inorganic material is used as bond, a lot of pores exist between diamond particles, and therefore a shielding phenomenon of diamond is nearly avoided. It results in improving grinding quality with minimum heat occurrence during grinding, allowing for longer wheel life with a fewer dressings.
