Linear bushing LM type is a linear motion system that is used in combination with a cylindrical LM shaft and moves infinitely linearly. The outer cylinder uses high-carbon chromium bearing steel, and after heat treatment, the content and outer diameter are ground. The dimensional tolerances of each part of the linear bush are standardized and compatible. The LM shaft can be processed by cylindrical grinding, which is easy to process, so a high-precision fitting clearance can be obtained. The retainer that guides the 3 to 8 rows of balls is formed as a single unit, so it can accurately guide the ball in the direction of travel and provide stable running accuracy. The small diameter model number uses a retainer that is integrally molded with synthetic resin, so the sound during movement is low and the lubricity is excellent. Two standard retainers are built in, which is ideal for moment load locations and reduces the number of assembly steps.
