The outer cylinder uses high-carbon chromium bearing steel, and after heat treatment, the content and outer diameter are ground. The dimensional tolerances of each part of the linear bush are standardized and compatible. The LM shaft can be processed by cylindrical grinding, which is easy to process, so a high-precision fitting clearance can be obtained. The retainer that guides the row of balls is formed in one piece, so it can be guided accurately in the direction of travel of the ball and stable running accuracy can be obtained. Because it uses a retainer that is integrally molded with synthetic resin, the sound during exercise is low and the lubricity is excellent. It can be easily installed simply by fastening the bolts to the table. Special synthetic rubber seals are incorporated on both sides to prevent foreign material from entering and prevent leakage of grease.
