- Cannot be used for gas welding and laser welding.
- During non-welding work, it will be in a state of transparency of 4 levels of light blocking.
- When using the welding surface, do not block the arc light. If possible, the light sensor on the welding surface should receive the arc light directly and sufficiently.
- Keep the protection plate clean and transparent to keep it sensitive. If it gets dirty, wipe it with a wet soft cloth. If the dirt is severe, or if there are many scratches, etc., it will affect the transparency of the plate and cause malfunction, so replace the plate.
- We recommend a welding current of 20A or more because there is a critical value for the arc light sensitivity of the welding surface. If the current is lower than 20A, adjust the distance between the welding surface and the welding point as follows. (However, this value is a reference value when the protection plate is clean.)
