HARDLOCK Industry Lock Nut for Bearing

HLB never loosens. The lock energy contained in the loosening prevention nut for bearings (hard lock bearing nut), which was born from the principle of hard lock, is completely unaffected by external shocks, vibrations, etc., and maintains permanent stability. Of course, it has cleared the experiment with the American NAS3350 loosening tester with a margin, and the difference with other loosening prevention nuts for bearings is clear.
Outstanding workability is a major feature of HLB. Since no toothed washer is required, there is no need to groove the shaft. This will greatly improve work efficiency, and at the same time, it will also provide a great advantage of certainty (complete fastening) that could not be obtained with the combination of toothed washers +αnuts.
Safety = Economical price and never loosening HLB offers users a number of benefits. In addition to the product price, you can see how economical the HLB is by adding up the maintenance and inspection after construction, the cost of handling complaints caused by looseness, and the anxiety about uninspectable parts.
