The Tension Dynamometer / Tension Load Cell is a compact hand-held meter with an integrated load cell for the precise measurement of forces within a range from 0 to 500 N. The Tension Dynamometer / Tension Load Cell has been specially developed for peel tests and enables a comprehensive assessment of the processing quality. Our Tension Dynamometer / Tension Load Cell offers a manual and automatic measuring mode, as well as ball rollers on the guide surface to reduce the coefficient of friction.
It has an adjustable sampling rate from 2 to 100 Hz and supports both metric and imperial units of measurement. The measurement duration consists of the pre-run time, measuring time and post-run time, which can be individually configured from 0 to 10 seconds. The integrated data logger saves measurement series as well as individual measurements and displays statistical values such as average, minimum and maximum values as well as graphical curves. With a maximum traverse distance of 150 mm and two traverse speeds (100 mm/min and 300 mm/min), the Tension Dynamometer / Tension Load Cell is highly adaptable to different test requirements.
It is used for testing composite materials such as coated wood-based materials, laminated surfaces or veneered panels as well as for measuring the adhesive strength in bonded joints of various components.
