How to use1. After cooking, be sure to turn off the heat and immediately add an appropriate amount of De-Poi.
*It will not melt if the oil temperature is below 80°C.
2. Stir well until the De-Poi is completely melted.
3. Leave it until it solidifies. It will solidify if the oil temperature is below 40°C. (It will become solid in 15 to 90 minutes, depending on the room temperature and oil temperature.)
4. Once it has solidified, remove it with a spatula or similar and dispose of it as combustible waste.
