NITTO KOHKI Auto Hinge 100 Series 143T Type Open Hinge for Interior Doors

This is a 100 series 143T type auto hinge that does not have a hinge inserted.
Use with 100 Series 143T Auto Hinge.

-Sufficient door-closing force: The 100 and 200 series products use two strong and weak springs and a switching mechanism (clutch), which provides sufficient door-closing force despite their compact size.
Easy to install: Installation is exactly the same as for regular hinges. Easy and hassle-free.
*Do not use only the empty hinges.
*The surface is treated with melamine resin baking paint.
*This product has tapped holes in the frame and door side blades.
* Five M6 screws are standard. For the blade installation area, please make sure to securely attach sufficient reinforcement material to the frame and door side with a thickness of 3.2 mm and a length of 300 mm or more so that the blades are parallel to the hinge gap. Also, please attach the reinforcement material directly to the frame.
*When using on fire doors, be sure to use the type without the stop (right: 143R-T, left: 143L-T).
*Please make sure to remove any gap at the door edge of at least 5mm.
*Please make sure to install a doorstop so that the door does not open more than 180 degrees. The doorstop should be installed so that the door edge hits the doorstop.
*Mounting screws (M6) are not included. Please prepare them yourself.
*Do not force the door closed with your hands.
*Please avoid bending the hinge blades or using the product in windy locations.
*Please avoid using the hinged PC series in places with high temperature and humidity, such as bathrooms or sauna rooms.
