Density is the weight per unit volume at a given temperature. It is used for quality control because errors in the composition of the paint can result in different density readings.
The density cups we sell are cylindrical with large openings for easy pouring, pouring and cleaning. The compact stainless steel cover of the density cup has an upward slope to the top center of the hole, allowing overflow of excess sample material without bubbles, thus increasing the accuracy.
The density cup is made of stainless steel or aluminum oxide blackened and USES metric units. The density cup can hold a specified amount of liquid. Biuged offers density cups in three different sizes.
Main technical parameters:
■ ISO standard size in 100ml volume; A specific volume of 50ml; The GB standard size for a 37ml volume guarantees an error of 1mg (0.001%). The test was performed at 23°C±2°C, in compliance with ISO standards.
