Description
Bronze is an alloy consisting of copper and mostly tin, but can also include other metals such as aluminum, manganese, or phosphorous. Bronze valves are generally harder than brass, and can resist corrosion and metal fatigue better than steel. Bronze B584 is manufactured either by a sand or static-casting process. Lead-Free Bronze valves are suitable for use in potable water applications.
