Description
The tricolloid pump is an inscribed gear type pump in which an external gear (outer rotor) and an internal gear (inner rotor) that fits inside it mesh with each other to rotate, and the
tooth profile is formed by a trochoid curve.
The trochoid pump has a circular case and an outer disk shape with teeth protruding inward, and the hollow part consists of a pentagonal outer rotor and a thread-wound inner rotor with four teeth that mesh with it. The
drive shaft is the center of the inner rotor. The center of the inner rotor and the center of the outer rotor are eccentric.
Normally, when the inner rotor rotates, the outer rotor is driven in the same direction.
Rotation When the distance between the two is short, the inner peak and the outer valley mesh with each other, but when the distance is long, there is one less inner tooth, so
the three spaces formed between the inner and the outer expand or contract. It acts as a pump and forcibly sucks in and discharges the liquid.
