Description
Based on MC901, carbon-based filler is added to add antistatic performance. It can also be used in places where it is difficult to make resin due to the generation of static electricity. The volume intrinsic resistance is as low as 1 to 104 to 106 Ωm. The filler of MC501CD is evenly dispersed, and the resistance value is constant in every part, so it can be used with confidence even after machining. Since it is a carbon-based filler, unlike conductive paints and surfactant-filled plastics, the resistance value does not change over time. Moreover, even if the surface is worn, the resistance value does not change. Nylon is water absorbent and will increase in size
