Air and electric combination spring-return hose reels combine two reels in one compact assembly for applications requiring pneumatic air and an electrical power feed. The two reels operate independently, but are mounted together on a single expanded, steel base for extra stability. These low-pressure (up to 500 psi), combination reels mount indoors to the floor, wall, ceiling, or a bench, and require only one mounting pattern to save installation time. The guide arm adjusts to the wall, floor, and overhead positions. The spring-return, also called self-retracting, spring-driven, or spring rewind, allows users to manually rewind hose onto the reel without an external power source. The spring-return has a locking ratchet and pawl that locks into place once users have pulled the hose to the desired length. The ratchet is released by pulling the hose out, and then hose can be rewound onto the reel. Air and electric dual-purpose reels hold air and electric hoses/cables and are used with pneumatic and power tools, with air services, and as a light source.
