Plustek Scanner provides a feature that makes it easier for you to save scan results directly to various digital formats with just one press of a button. Scan results can be converted into 10 digital formats, namely: PDF, PDF/A, Searchable PDF, DOC (Ms.Word), XLS (Ms.Excel), TXT, PNG, JPEG, TIFF, and BMP.
File Compression
The Plustek scanner provides a file compression feature to reduce the size of the scan results. This feature reduces the file size by up to 90% of a normal scan. This feature is suitable for scanning many documents and will be sent via email. This automatic file compression feature is included in the DocAction Plustek software.
OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
A program that functions to convert image files (images) into text files (*.txt). OCR technology was developed so that computers can recognize and translate written characters on physical documents which can then be saved & edited again in digital format (Word/Excel).
Support ABBYY FineReader
ABBYY FineReader is a software to convert scanned images into text so that documents can be edited again. Can recognize writing up to 192 languages. This software can only be used with the Plustek Scanner.
One Button Scan
You can carry out the scan process until you get results, just by pressing 1 button. You can set the file storage location, both on the computer and network and select the 10 digital file formats you want.
