Megapoxy High Impact Crusher Backing (HICB) adalah dua komponen epoxy nat yang cocok untuk:

PART A: 9.1kg (1pail)
PART B: 0.9kg (1 can)

Penggunaan:
1. Tutup semua celah dengan dempul sebagai penyangga campuran agar tidak bocor.
2. Pastikan tidak terjadi pengendapan pada resin dengan cara diaduk, kemudian tambahkan pengeras (PART B) perlahan dengan pencampuran terus menerus.
3. Menggunakan bor listrik kecepatan rendah, aduk rata, tapi jangan dianginkan.
4. Aduk sampai diperoleh warna seragam.
5. Campuran harus digunakan segera setelah pencampuran.
6. Jika suhu lingkungan tinggi, kit harus disimpan di tempat sedingin mungkin. Ambient yang tinggi akan menyebabkan umur pakai yang sangat pendek.
7. Jika perlu mengisi ulang, maka ini bisa dilakukan di kemudian hari jika Anda mau.
8. Jika perekatan tidak diperlukan, satu atau kedua permukaan harus dilapisi dengan lilin atau gemuk.
9. Biarkan Megapoxy HICB mengeras sebelum crusher kembali digunakan.

Description

Megapoxy HICB is a two component pourable epoxy grout for
- Backing crusher parts
- Grouting machinery
- Blocking bearings
- Setting anchor bolts
- Chocking of machinery

Component :
PART A: 9.1kg (1pail)
PART B: 0.9kg (1 can)

Method of Use :
1. Seal all crevices with putty (such as Megapoxy PF Rapid set putty) so that backing mixture does not leak out.
2. Make certain no settling has occurred in the resin by stirring, then add the hardener (Part "B") slowly with continual mixing.
3. Using low speed electric drill, mix well, but do not aerate.
4. Mix until uniform colour is obtained.
5. The mixture must be used immediately after mixing.
6. If ambient temperature is high, the kits should be stored in as cool a place as possible. High ambients will lead to greatly shortened usable life.
7. If topping up is required, then this can be carried out at a later date when it is convenient.
8. If adhesion is not required, one or both surfaces should be coated with wax or grease based release agent.
9. Allow Megapoxy HICB to harden before returning crusher into service.

Feature

It has outstanding compressive strength properties with very low shrinkage, and is economical to use compared with other epoxy resin systems.

Part "A" is a white low viscosity liquid and is packed in a re-sealable plastic bucket.
Part "B" is a blue coloured liquid and is packed in a screw capped plastic bottle.
Accelerator is a clear brown liquid and is packed in a 250 ml. tin.
