Description

Because it is a soft material, it can sufficiently follow the irregularities on chips and substrates. Excellent adhesion, reducing the thermal resistance of the bonding surface. It is electrically insulating. It has excellent durability and shows stable electrical insulation and thermal conductivity even after long-term use. Obtained UL94 V-0 flame retardant standard. (UL File No. E176845) Lower odor type than conventional products.
