Description
The set screw is perpendicular to the axial direction and is divided into three parts (equal to 120 degrees). It is a high-precision lock nut with a polished finish with a runout accuracy of 3 microns or less with respect to the screw direction. For this reason, by tightening the set screw evenly from three directions, concentricity with the shaft can be easily obtained, and stable assembly with high precision and little deflection in the axial direction can be performed in a short time. Application: - Fixing bearings for machine tool spindles. - Fixing ball screw support bearing. - Fixing high-speed rotating shafts and bearings that require high accuracy.
