Since it generates an electromotive force equivalent to that of a thermocouple, it can be directly connected to the thermocouple input of a general-purpose temperature controller. High speed response (300% response) at 300 ms and high accuracy temperature measurement with ± 1% PV reproducibility are realized. Compared to thermocouples, there is no deterioration, maintaining stable and real-time control.
