High-efficiency side milling utilizing load-controlled toolpaths significantly reduces roughing time. By
performing all roughing operations with a single tool, without the need for high-feed tools or tools for removing remaining material, process and tool consolidation is achieved.
The tool design is optimized for high-efficiency side milling (vibration suppression, fracture resistance, and reduced chip clogging).
The axial depth of cut can be set to a maximum of three times the tool diameter.
