The entire surface of SKS-3 is hardened (HRC 62 °), and the squareness and parallelism of each surface are precision ground.
Since it is a hole-down type clamp, there is no work lift when chucking (PV series).
The PV-20 vise base has a 1.5 mm wide sub-groove, which eliminates the need to support an auxiliary lock under the workpiece, especially when grinding small workpieces or performing projection measurements.
