Description
The right-handed twisted blade shape discharges chips upwards. It produces a clean machined surface and is suitable for NC machines equipped with an intake device. This cutter is used for processing electronic circuit boards (PCBs). The blade shape is a diamond cut shape, and is designed with emphasis on chip discharge. The maximum usable rotation speed of the PCB cutter is mainly intended for processing glass epoxy resin boards. This is the maximum usable rotation speed calculated from the upper limit of the appropriate peripheral speed (approximately 200 m/min).
