This is a felt wheel. It is 6 layers. It is a polishing wheel for double-headed buff grinders. It is used by inserting it into the Takeno Command Rail. The dimensions may vary slightly depending on how they are measured. (The center hole diameter is about 6 mm.) The "pleated" type has a slightly stronger stiffness and feel than the "non-pleated" type.
