This compound is made by mixing diamond abrasive grains into an oil-based gel. It spreads well even without a diluting solution, has excellent penetration, and is compatible with felt buffs. Even when lapping with a rotary tool, this compound has excellent retention and is less likely to scatter, even when bonded in gel form, making it easy to handle. This is a luxurious abrasive with a very high content of diamond abrasive grains that emphasizes sharpness, but it is a new type of compound that is cost-effective and comes in a generous 12g package.
