*Please note the following regarding furniture items shipped directly from the manufacturer.
*We do not deliver to private residences (detached houses or apartment buildings).
*Please note that we generally cannot accept changes or cancellations to orders placed within 4 days of delivery, nor can we accept returns or exchanges after delivery, due to customer reasons.
*In the event of an unavoidable cancellation, a cancellation fee may be charged at a later date. (If the delivery date does not suit your schedule due to product shortages, etc., cancellation is only possible at the time of the initial delivery date notification after placing the order.)
*Products are delivered to the curb. Curbside delivery means the driver will deliver the goods to the recipient's front door or entrance, unload them, and hand them over. Please note that we do not deliver to the entrance of your room. The estimated delivery time is for when the product is in stock. If the product is not in stock, please understand that it may take longer than the stated delivery time.
*Please note that delivery may be hindered if the contact person's name is not provided. If this information is not included, we may contact you for confirmation.
*We do not offer trade-in services for existing products.
*The stated delivery time is based on the assumption that the manufacturer has the item in stock. Please note that if the item is out of stock, there may be a long delay after your order is placed.
