These shelves are made of galvalume steel, offering high durability and a silvery-white appearance with a spangled (crystalline) pattern. Galvalume steel is characterized by its excellent long-term durability, including heat resistance, cold resistance, corrosion resistance, and rust resistance, as its surface is composed of aluminum, zinc, and silicon.
Currently, it is widely used in building materials and exterior walls, and its practicality is beginning to be widely recognized.
*Galvalume steel sheet: This is a plated steel sheet composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon on its surface. It is characterized by its ability to prevent rust for a long period of time due to the corrosion resistance of aluminum and the corrosion-preventive action of zinc. Galvalume steel sheet has a beautiful silver-white surface with a spangle (crystal) pattern that is excellent in design, giving it a stylish and sharp impression. Scratches are not easily noticeable, and its heavy appearance makes it recommended for store interiors and garages, but it also blends well with interiors. Die-cast corners: To ensure strong rust resistance and a load capacity of 100 kg per shelf, the manufacturer uses aluminum die-cast corner parts on all four corners of the shelves. Aluminum die-cast + powder coating is characterized by its excellent strength and rust resistance. We manufacture the molds in-house and have applied for design registration for the original structure. *If the delivery destination is a private residence (detached house or apartment building), a company name is required.
