Description
High purity gas is a key requirement for many applications in gas chromatography, spectroscopy, optics, lithography, manufacturing and analytical laboratories. ZPure(TM) filters remove a wide range of contaminants down to trace levels. They feature a stainless steel body, integral stainless steel frit for particulate removal, high capacity adsorbent, all-metal sealing system, leak checked with helium gas, and can be used for inert gas, He, Ar, N2 and H2 purification, making them suitable for use in GC and C/MS carrier gas lines. They are also recommended for applications requiring ultra-high purity gas free of oxygen, water and hydrocarbons (heavier than butane).
