FESTO Lock nut

Festo Centre Pin - ZBS The Festo locating pins are made for the mounting of interfaces. Can be assembled in any position Resistant to corrosion CRC 2 for medium corrosion stress Free from copper and PTFE whilst being RoHS compliant (as of October 2022) Forms part of the Simplified Motion series from FESTO Festo Product Number -525273 Features and Benefits of the Simplified Motion series The Simplified Motion series combines the simplicity of pneumatics with the advantages of electric automation tasks. The Simplified Motion series offers a range of built-in drives and is the perfect solution if you are looking for an alternative to the usually complex and complicated traditional electric drive systems for simple movement and positioning tasks. It includes IO-Link and Digital I/O ( DIO ) which eliminates the need for software during operation. The design is simply based on "plug and work". Easy commissioning thanks to the plug-and-work principle: all parameters can be adjusted manually directly on the actuator, no software is required Each drive is designed to be easily moved between two end positions Offers a complete solution with integrated actuator, motor and servo driver Designed for swivel work, also for applications with high loads Has a hollow shaft for integrated ducting of cables and hoses Standardized mounting interface for direct connection to electric mini-slides EGSL, EGSC and egss Integrated end positioning detection Products of the Simplified Motion series: no external servo drives or control cabinets are required for installation Say yes to the Festo Simplified Motion series Integrated - the integrated electronics in the drive is the core of the Simplified Motion series Simple - for commissioning, simply set all relevant parameters directly on the drive (speed and force, reference end position and cushioning, manual operation) Standardized - electrical connection with M12 plug design (4 power pins: power supply for the motor, 8 logic pins for control signals, sensor signals, power supply for the integrated electronics) Pre-connected - IO-Link Use the extended functions available via the PLC (set motion parameters remotely, transfer parameters with copy and backup functions, read function available with extended process parameters)
