It also has a bronze surface that provides even greater corrosion resistance for long, reliable tool life.
The tap wrench is made by RS Pro; 444-891 444-891.
Features and Benefits Made from hardened steel Suitable for a wide range of screw and bolt sizes Suitable for use with an appropriately sized tap wrench Supplied in a plastic case Applications Screw extractors are used in conjunction with a tap wrench to provide secure entry and easy rotation into difficult pre-drilled threads.
If you are using cheap or old screws, it is not uncommon for the heads to wear out or break.
For this reason, conventional screwdrivers are not suitable for removal.
By drilling a hole in the screw head and carefully inserting an unscrewing tool, the screw can be extracted in the normal way without the need for a wrench or drilling.
This high-quality screw extractor set is ideal for repairing or restoring machinery and furniture.
Tool Concerns Although somewhat resistant to corrosion, it is recommended that you store your unscrewing tools in a dry place to extend their working life.
Therefore, we recommend storing the tool in the case provided when not in use.
