Description
The Fluidizer eliminates poor powder discharge problems such as bridges and rat holes by blowing compressed air around the silicone disk on the inside of the tank.
When the air is turned off, the silicon disc adheres to the inside of the tank like a suction cup.
When the air is turned on, the periphery of the disk rises above the inside of the tank due to the air pressure, and air flows along the inside of the tank through the gap. At this time, the disk also vibrates, ensuring the flow of powder.
The Mini Fluidizer Disc fits tightly curved surfaces where a standard Fluidizer cannot be attached.
Can be installed up to R=100mm. (Standard Fluidizer can be installed up to R=200mm.)
