Excellent functionality For the micro with a measurement range of 2 to 20 mm, the reading accuracy is improved by changing the 5μ vernier scale to 2μ.
We also offer the XT analog bore gauge series (XTA), which can measure a wider range (20 to 300 mm).
All 3-point measurement heads are equipped with carbide measurement anvil (steel is used for 12.5 mm or less).
The bottom of the blind hole can be measured at 2 to 6 mm and 12.5 mm or more.
For hole diameters of 6 mm or more, there is an extension rod for deep hole measurement.
The ratchet stop mechanism enables stable numerical measurement.
All bore gauge bodies and setting rings come standard with a UKAS inspection certificate.
The bore gauge is manufactured under DIN 863 (Part 4).
Bowers' analog bore gauge is a measuring instrument that can measure the inner diameter hole diameter at a relatively low cost in the factory.
Due to the mechanical structure that realizes a wider measurement range, it is easier to use than the conventional 2-point or 3-point bore gauge, and there is no need to replace the measurement anvil.
