This is a silver membrane filter with a pore size of 0.8 μm and a diameter of 47 mm. Support pads are not included.
Composed of 99.97% pure inorganic metallic silver, SKC Silver Membrane Filters are chemically inert, resistant to high temperatures, and suitable for sampling highly corrosive contaminants. Their smooth surface structure provides excellent surface particle capture and easy observation. Silver Filters are suitable for X-ray diffraction analysis of crystalline silica, lead sulfide, boron carbide, chrysotile asbestos, and other analytical applications. Environmentally friendly, Silver Filters can be cleaned and reused in many applications.
