Asahi Gauge Manufacturing Pressure gauge with microswitch

This microswitch-equipped pressure gauge is used for alarms and control purposes by activating a microswitch at the tip of a Bourdon tube or bellows that is displaced by pressure and emitting an ON-OFF electrical signal. A microswitch with a large electric capacity is used, so it can be used for a large-capacity load, and since the indication and the contact element are separate, there is no indication delay after contact. The rated life of the microswitch is 500,000 times or more.
In the case of 100Φ, it is 40,000 times (50,000 times for DC rating) or more with a 230V5A resistance load. For 2 contacts, SPDT (2ab) contacts are standard for both 100 and 150.
