Earth-Chain Permanent magnetic clamping block

Face milling of medium to large workpieces on machining centers and milling machines. A new type of permanent magnetic clamping block that can clamp workpieces quickly on machining centers, milling machines, etc. All connected permanent magnetic clamping blocks can be turned on/off with a single ON/OFF switch. The ECB series permanent magnetic clamping blocks come standard with an exchangeable soft induction block. This soft induction block is a raw material that can be polished, cut, and drilled, and can be processed to fit the shape of the workpiece. By connecting permanent magnetic clamping blocks, multiple clamping blocks can be turned on/off simultaneously with a single switch switch. When connecting, use a 19mm hexagonal bar for ECB-210 and a 13mm hexagonal bar for ECB-120, ECB-075, and ECB-050. The maximum and minimum possible distances for two connected blocks are shown in the table below. The induction block can be processed to fit the shape of the workpiece. (Low carbon steel is recommended for the induction block material)
*When placing a workpiece on the permanent magnet clamping block, it is necessary to place it so that it straddles the S and N poles. As a rule, use four units as a set.
