Description
The limit method is a common method of using a thread gauge to determine pass/fail for parallel threads. To determine pass/fail for product threads, inspection is performed using a go-side gauge and a no-go-side gauge, boasting high accuracy. Plug gauges are fully traceable through integrated production. During the heat treatment process, ultra-zero (-150°C) treatment is performed to minimize deterioration over time. ISO threads and old JIS threads have the same shape, so they can be managed without distinction. Permission to display the JIS mark has been obtained.
