CKD In-line oxygen analyzer PNA series

This is an oxygen concentration meter that can measure oxygen concentration under pressure.
It has a pressure-resistant structure and can be used under pressures ranging from atmospheric pressure to 1.0 MPa.
Since it can be connected inline to a gas purification system, it is possible to constantly monitor the oxygen concentration, which is useful for identifying system abnormalities and when maintenance is required.
Gas purging, which was previously required, is no longer necessary.
The modular structure allows for space-saving piping and easy maintenance. It can also be connected to the NS series nitrogen gas purification units and FR units.
The oxygen/inert gas concentration display can be switched. The inert gas concentration is displayed as 100 - oxygen concentration.
The FP series can be used safely and securely in food manufacturing processes.
For checking oxygen or nitrogen concentration
*Connector cable is not included and must be purchased separately.
*If the maximum flow rate exceeds 500 L/min (ANR), please contact the manufacturer.
*Accuracy is measured in a dry gas mixture of oxygen and nitrogen.
*Response time is the value at a flow rate of 5L/min (ANR) or more.
*Analog output and switch output will not be output during warm-up.
*This product is not explosion-proof. The detection element is heated by a heater, so if used in an explosive atmosphere, there is a possibility of an explosion.
*This product is not an oxygen deficiency meter. Do not use it as an oxygen concentration meter under the Industrial Safety and Health Act.
*The sensor may deteriorate depending on the conditions of use. To maintain its performance for a longer period, we recommend calibrating it once a year.
*To prevent deterioration of the oxygen concentration meter's performance, please install a dryer, air filter, and oil mist filter on the primary side to remove moisture and oil. *We do not deliver to private homes (detached houses or apartment buildings).
