This is a servo-controlled automated test stand that makes full use of handheld force gauges.
You can choose between a simple mode and a detailed mode for testing under various conditions.
It allows for convenient settings of holding time and interval for durability testing, and the test speed and measurement range can be set accurately and easily.
Downloadable PC software is included as standard. A comprehensive testing environment is provided, including waveform display and measurement result saving.
The load is constantly monitored, so there's no need to worry about overload.
Both the device and the software can be switched between Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean.
Various tests are possible, including wire bonding tests, peeling tests, insertion/removal tests, switch tests, and destructive tests.
* A separate converter, "HOP-HF2-CONV," is required for connection with the HF series handy force gauge. * For tests and measurements requiring high precision, we recommend using the manufacturer's universal testing machines, "MAX" or "HIT" series. For spring testing, please use the "PRO" series, etc. * If the delivery address is a private residence (detached house or apartment building), a company name is required.
