This is a high power zoom type laser beam expander that can be adjusted from 1 to 3 times. The diopter correction function allows fine adjustment of collimation. The lens design takes wavefront aberration into consideration, making it suitable for use in high-precision optical systems such as interferometers and laser processing. The optical system of the beam expander is an air gap configuration in which the lenses are not bonded together. This allows it to be used with high-power lasers. The lens configuration is a Galileo type, reducing the number of aberration correction lenses and shortening the overall length of the beam expander. By turning the diopter ring in the center of the beam expander, the beam can be changed from a focused beam to a collimated beam or a diverging beam. It is used when strict collimation adjustment is required or when the position of the beam waist is variable. We offer laser beam expander holders (BE-M22H, BE-M34H) with fine tilt adjustment to fix the beam expander. *It is not possible to use the beam expander in the opposite direction to create a collimated light with a reduced beam diameter. *Please determine the divergence angle of the laser beam and the position of the beam waist, and use an appropriate optical system.
