Description
Used to separate or combine laser light (355nm, 532nm) that is harmonically converted from a YAG laser (1064nm) by wavelength. Three types with different reflectance wavelengths are available. Since a dielectric multilayer film is used, there is no absorption in the film and it can be used with laser light with high energy density. Since it is a plate type, it can also be used with lasers with a large beam diameter.
