ITOH DENKI AC Power Roller, AC Light Load Roller (Standard Motor) PM380AS PM380AS-10-200-3-200-L030

Standard motor AS, versatile type capable of continuous and intermittent operation.Minimum cycle time for intermittent operation is 3 seconds ON, 2 seconds OFF.If locking for 10 seconds or more, please select the accumulator motor (AU). [Features of Power Motor] Power motors achieve energy savings compared to external motor drives by using "run-on-demand transport," which drives only the parts necessary for transporting goods.Airless operation eliminates the need for energy to generate compressed air. Safety considerations: ,The motor torque is low enough to be stopped by hand. The motor and gear section are built into the roller, reducing the risk of injury in the event of entanglement. Creating a comfortable environment: ,The motor and gear section are sealed inside the roller.Run-on-demand transport (no simultaneous drive) and airless operation reduce noise. Maintenance: ,Easy replacement reduces downtime. The entire line will not stop even in the event of a malfunction. No maintenance such as lubrication is required. It saves space and eliminates the need for external motors and rotating shafts like conventional systems, resulting in a clean and streamlined conveyor. It is also easy to apply to low-profile lines, short lines, and assembly lines.
