ITOH DENKI AC Power Roller AC Medium-to-Light Load Roller (Accumulation Motor) PM500BU PM500BU-15-535-3-200-UR570A

Accumulation motor BU. High impedance, low current design motor that will not burn out even with continuous locking.Starting torque and tangential force are lower than standard. Both continuous and intermittent operation are possible. There are no constraints on cycle time. [Features of Power Mola] Power Mola achieves energy savings compared to external motor drive by using "run-on-demand transport" which drives only the parts necessary for transporting goods.Since it is airless, no energy is required to generate compressed air. Safety considerations ,The motor torque is low enough to be stopped by hand.Since the motor and gear section are built into the roller, the risk of injury in the event of entanglement is reduced. Creation of a comfortable space ,The motor and gear section are sealed inside the roller.Noise is reduced by run-on-demand transport (no simultaneous drive) and airless operation. Maintenance ,Replacement is easy, reducing downtime.Even in the event of a malfunction, the entire line will not stop.No maintenance such as lubrication is required. It saves space and eliminates the need for external motors and rotating shafts like conventional systems, resulting in a clean and streamlined conveyor. It is also easy to apply to low-profile lines, short lines, and assembly lines.
