The Air Index is an air-operated index table with a built-in rack and pinion type rotating section, positioning mechanism, and clutch mechanism. The rack and pinion type rotating section rotates at a fixed angle, and the clutch mechanism rotates the table. After the rotation is complete, the table is positioned using a positioning pin. The positioning mechanism and clutch mechanism are linked by an air circuit.
Endless rotation in both directions is possible.
Equipped with a switch for checking operation and completion of indexing.
A shock absorber for absorbing turning shock is standard equipment.
Equipped with hollow (Φ15).
High precision and high rigidity.
