The SKF323-AB is a two-component condensation type silicone potting compound that cures at room temperature. It features a fast curing speed, excellent fluidity for easy potting operations, and superior resistance to yellowing, water, and moisture. The product offers excellent insulation performance and wide bonding adaptability to various substrates, including PC, PBT, PET, glass, aluminum, stainless steel, and ceramics. It is specifically designed for the pouring and potting of large-area bonded seals, making it ideal for applications such as photovoltaic junction boxes, integrated circuit boards, transformers, and waterproof power supplies. Additionally, this sealant complies with the EU ROHS environmental protection directive

This product is a two-component product. Packaging specifications: A component: 12KG / barrel, B component: 2KG / barrel.
This product should be stored in a cool and dry place below 27 °C, the storage period is 6 months from the date of production.

If contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and consult a doctor. uncured products should be kept out of contact with children. The product will release small molecular substances during the curing process, and ventilation should be paid attention to in the construction and curing areas to prevent the concentration of small molecular substances from being too bad for people.

Use
METHOD OF USEPreparation: Before mixing, first observe the state of component A. If there is sedimentation and layering, please stir evenly before use. Prepare samples for potting.
Mixing: The products are mixed according to the ratio (weight) of A: B = 6: 1, stir well and degas by vacuuming.
Encapsulation: Encapsulate the evenly mixed compound into the product to be encapsulated as soon as possible, and cure naturally at room temperature. After initial curing, it can enter the next process (after 30min). Do not transport components before curing.
