JRC V-shaped retaining return bracket for outdoor belt conveyors [VRPB2]

This return bracket is effective in preventing belt conveyor belt misalignment and shifting problems.
This bracket uses belt tension and friction to correct the meandering and misalignment of the return belt. Its key feature is a mechanism where the corrective force increases in proportion to the severity of the problem.
Because it is in contact with the underside of the belt conveying surface, there is no adhesion of conveyed materials to the rollers.
This product is effective when installed in areas where belt meandering or shifting is a concern. However, because it presses the belt more firmly than the standard type, it puts stress on the front and rear return rollers. We recommend installing reinforced return idlers at both the front and rear of this product.
