JRC Tapered self-aligning carrier stand for outdoor belt conveyors, single-axis type [JACB-T]

This carrier stand is effective in preventing belt conveyor belt misalignment and shifting problems.
This is an automatic self-aligning carrier stand with tapered side rollers.
Because the belt has a larger diameter in the center and a smaller diameter at the ends, the difference in peripheral speed of the roller surface when the belt contacts it causes a mechanism to correct for meandering. The frame (F2) rotates on the side where the belt is shifted, further enhancing the function. No direction of travel is required, and it can be used on forward and reverse operating conveyors.

We offer three trough angles: 20°, 30°, and 45°, and sizes to accommodate belt widths (BW) from 400mm to 1200mm.
