This return bracket is effective in preventing belt conveyor belt misalignment and shifting problems.
This is an automatic self-aligning idler on the return side, with a double-layered frame and tapered rollers positioned to press down on the top surface of the belt. Because it easily conforms to the curling of the return belt, it has high meandering correction capabilities.
Because of its adjustable height, this product allows for adjustment of the amount of friction to match the meandering of the conveyor belt.
